"The best speaker we have ever had at any of our corporate conferences."
Chadwell Supply ONE Conference.
A family-owned maintenance supply company brought its sales organization together for its annual conference and asked for a keynote that would outlast the event.
Chadwell Supply, a family-owned maintenance supply company with a culture built on faith, family, and people. Their founder's words hang over the whole operation: "I know without a doubt, God's hands are on this company."
The ONE Conference, 2026: the annual gathering of the company's sales organization, from regional leadership to national accounts.
A customized keynote on significance and intentionality: Jon's story from West Point and Afghanistan to running a Chick-fil-A, built around Chadwell's own culture, not a recycled deck.
What the room did
Every keynote in this series is rebuilt for the client. For Chadwell, that meant studying the company before walking in: the founder's story, the parallels between a family-owned supply business and a Chick-fil-A, their internal university, even their competitors, who took some friendly fire in the opening minutes.
The centerpiece was not a slide. Midway through the talk, everyone in the room took out their phone, thought of one person at Chadwell Supply who had a positive impact on them, and sent that person a message on the spot. Replies started landing before the keynote ended. One attendee texted a retired Sergeant Major who had shaped his career; the room heard about it seconds later.
The message underneath the exercise: the company was already succeeding. The question that keynote put in the room was what the success is for. Significance over success, presence over proximity, and the discipline of celebrating little moments, not just the big ones.
What leadership said
Four more members of the sales organization, from regional managers to the EVP of Sales, submitted reactions afterward without being asked twice. All five are published in full on the reviews page.
Is your event a fit?
This keynote lands hardest with sales organizations, franchise systems, and values-driven companies gathering their people for an annual conference: rooms full of high performers who are winning on the numbers and quietly asking what the winning is for.
Every talk is customized the same way this one was. If that sounds like your event, start the conversation.
