Jon Harmeling is a keynote speaker on AI, leadership, and significance. He is a former West Point Instructor in the Department of Systems Engineering and a current Chick-fil-A Operator. He holds an MBA, is a PMP, and is finishing his DBA. Jon runs ten AI systems inside his own restaurant, from sales forecasting to inventory to hiring, and speaks to leaders about how to actually use AI without losing the soul of the business. His most recent keynote was at Chadwell Supply's Annual Sales Conference, where one Regional Sales Manager called him the best speaker he had ever seen. He lives in Miami with his family.
